Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are recommended so that you are seen with minimal waiting. You can book online, call or message us on WhatsApp. Eye emergencies can be seen during working hours.
How does online booking work?
Choose a service, date and time, and enter your details. Then send the request to the clinic on WhatsApp. Our team will confirm your slot by call or message.
What should I bring to my visit?
Your current glasses or contact lenses, previous prescriptions and reports, and a list of medicines you take. If you are diabetic, bring recent blood-sugar reports.
Will my eyes be dilated?
Sometimes. Dilating drops allow a complete view of the retina and may blur near vision and increase light sensitivity for a few hours. Please plan not to drive immediately afterwards.
Are you open on Sundays?
No, the clinic is closed on Sundays. We are open Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 1:30 PM and 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM.
Do you handle eye emergencies after hours?
No. Eye emergencies are handled during working hours only. For after-hours emergencies, please go to your nearest hospital emergency department.
